2025 Virtual Zen Sesshin

Join us for an intro to Zen Sesshins

The word 'sesshin' means "to touch the mind."

Sesshins are typically 4-7 days in length and provide an opportunity to devote several days or more to our practice. Each day of sesshin includes sitting (zazen), walking (kinhin), work, talks (teisho), interviews (dokusan) and silent meals.

This event is a weekend opportunity to get a taste of the practice, or if you already have a practice, to sit with others for the day. Orientation to the practice of Zen and to the structure of Zen sesshins will be given.
